The challenge

A 3-location fitness studio was managing all bookings via WhatsApp groups and tracking memberships on Excel. The owner had no visibility into revenue, coaches couldn't see their own schedules, and customers frequently double-booked.

Staff spent hours every day manually confirming bookings, chasing payments, and updating spreadsheets. There was no single source of truth for membership status, credit balances, or class attendance.

• Automated reminders for upcoming classes and membership renewals
• Stripe payments integrated directly into the booking flow

The system was designed mobile-first so both staff and customers could use it seamlessly on any device.

The outcome
